With learning curve of 18 years and like the 90% of TA folks, I never planned to be in recruiting fraternity. It just happened. If not in TA, I would have been in sales or a theatre artist or stand up comedian. But connecting the dots backwards, I don't think I miss any of them. Thanks to our profession. It gets you to be an artist and also gives us a lot of stand up comedy. From work standpoint, am a startup ecosystem product. Have been fortunate enough to get the opportunity to build teams globally & the grind continues.
