After a career break, she returned with renewed purpose, with a proven record of establishing GCCs from the ground up at Micron and DAZN, where she scaled operations, leveraged AI tools to enhance talent acquisition, and expanded teams from zero to hundreds in a short time, achieving significant milestones along the way. She believes that enhancing the recruiter experience is key to reshaping the future of talent acquisition.

Bhargavi's experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) shines through initiatives like ‘New Beginnings’ for women returnees, earning Micron recognition among the Top 20 Most Innovative Women Returnee Programs, while her talent branding work at DAZN fueled its rapid growth in India. Honored with the HerRising Women Restarters Award and ET Woman HR Leader of the Year in 2024, she continues to champion the belief that DEI programs, when executed with sincerity, can make a real difference. A proud mother of two, Bhargavi is also an alumna of the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, always looking for ways to grow, learn, and stay curious.
